Every participant enrolls once and is followed once, across every program they join.
Each participant's consent decides which program can use each record.
Each program has its own access list. Any access across programs is logged.
Two kinds of programs
Each keeps its own rules.
- A sponsor's own study, governed by the sponsor under regulators' rules
- Data for the sponsor's submission
- Rabble Health provides the technology
- Governed by a governing partner, through a committee that includes a patient or caregiver
- Published, whatever the results show
- Funders see aggregate results only and never direct the work
For a diagnostic, a clinical program measures accuracy for regulators, and a separate ISP measures time to diagnosis and outcomes. The two stay firewalled. A person joins both only with consent.
